Assembler I
Department: Manufacturing and Test
Duties and Responsibilities:
Cable assembly as per the drawing packages, and
work orders
Electrically assemble various types of chassis
and or panels
Mechanical assembly may be required
Report defective components and or assemblies to Department Lead or Department Manager
Suggest corrections to documentation / processes
to aid in future assembly
Correct any Discrepancies as directed by Department Lead
Other duties as assigned by Department Lead or
Department Manager
Skills Requirements:
General knowledge of electro-mechanical components
Soldering and light mechanical assembly of
components is required
Operation of basic hand tools such as drills,
grinders, punches, etc. is required
Basic computer skills is preferred
Other Requirements:
Able to lift 50lbs
Able to work all
days and shifts as required
Education / Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
